Q: So lets make sure I have this right…as long as we order at least 24 items, we can choose whichever items we want ? One person can order a t-shirt, 5 people can order any colour vests, 12 people can order tearaway pants ?

A: Yes, if your order exceeds 24 or more items, using the same logo, you automatically receive your free embroidered design and free shipping of the complete address to anywhere in North America

Q: What if my order is less than 24 items ?

A: There may be an extra charge of a couple dollars for both embroidered cresting and shipping, depending on the circumstances.

Q: So, if I order 24 items, any items, any colour, any size, just as long as my total number of items exceeds 24 or more, I only pay the price listed on the price list ?

A: Yes, plus applicable taxes for your province.

Q: What about personalizations ? Is that possible ?

A: Yes it is…but…it gets pretty expensive and doubles the length of time that a normal order would take. Our program is set up to accommodate orders with a one logo multicolored design. Anything is possible, but consequences occur.

Q: Do any of the items come in XXL ?

A: Yes…t-shirts, Non-fiction sweaters, crewneck sweats and hooded sweatshirts.

Q: If someone gets an item delivered and it doesn't fit, can they get an exchange or refund ?

A: Unfortunately not…to make sure that this never happens, phone ahead and a sample pack will be sent out to you with any items that you're interested in, so that you can guarantee that everybody is fitted properly.

Q: What colour is lagoon ? And postman ?

A: Lagoon is hospital green and postman is the colour of Cliff 'The mailman from Cheers' Claven's uniform.

Q: What's the deal with the logo ?

A: You can design any palm sized logo, with as many colours as you'd like, just as long as the logo colour combo stays the same for all the items…so plan accordingly.

Q: Does the placement of the logo have to be the same on all of the clothing ?

A: Yes.

Q: Are there any other 'hidden costs' that we're going to be charged for ?

A: No, just the prices listed on page #3 of the order booklet and your applicable sales taxes.

Q: How long does an order take to get into our hands ?

A: From the time you email, fax or call your order in to the time it's delivered takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
