HOW TO ORDER

Generate interest among your group at a organized meeting.  Please advise everyone that an order requires a 50% down payment and the balance is due when order is completed.

STEP 1

Choose a design for your group and designate the location of design by filling out the on-line cresting form. Be specific!  Remember that embroidery allows you to choose as many colours as possible for a crest size logo and your design will be palm sized.  A dynamic design can look great in combination with the colour of clothing you choose.
Our only stipulation is that the location you choose stays consistent with all of the items ordered.  Remember, we need you to e-mail, fax or mail a copy of your design. (TIFF or JPEG file formats)

STEP 2

Choose the clothing items that your group wishes to order. Remember, when you choose your clothing items, you are welcome to mix and match items, sizes and any colours available. 
To request pricing on items, fill out our online pricing request form, tell us if you're in Canada or the U.S. and click submit.  Pricing information may also be obtained by sending us an e-mail at pricing@rezwear.com.  We'll reply to your request within 24 hours.  

STEP 3

If you require sample blank clothing for sizing purposes, please fill out a sample request formShipping is free of charge for the sample clothing but there will be an invoice enclosed.  You're not obligated to pay the invoice unless you want to keep the clothes.  Once you've finished with the samples, just ship them back to our office.  For sizing questions, please refer to the chart below.  For any other questions or special requests regarding sample clothing, feel free to email us at samples@rezwear.com.

STEP 4

Fill out an online order form
All we need is an order of at least 24 items.  Click SUBMIT on the bottom of the online form OR fax or mail a copy of the downloaded PDF order form.  E-mail us a copy of your logo file (preferably in TIFF or JPEG file format) to artwork@rezwear.com or send us your camera ready artwork by mail.

We will review all order information and if all is well, we will contact you requesting a cheque for 50% of the total order.  Orders will commence as soon as the cheque is received.  It usually takes 15 (business) days to process and complete an order, at which point, all payments are due.
